Mr. Wilson has over forty five years experience in the resource industry.  He has spent the last twenty-five years creating and managing twelve international mining companies as a director and an officer. He is currently a director of BRC Diamondcore Ltd., Loncor Resources Inc. and Alliance Mining Corp. was most recently President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of New Horizon Uranium Corporation.  His previous involvement in gold projects includes: President of Gold King Mines, Inc.; President and CEO of Banro Corporation; Vice President of Mining, Nevada Manhattan Mining Inc.; and President of Humphreys Mineral Industries.  Mr. Wilson holds a professional degree in Metallurgical Engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines and received an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California in 1972. He is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (Qualified Person under NI 43-01), the Mining and Metallurgical Society of America, the Canadian Institute of Mining, the Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration and the Prospectors and Development Association of Canada. He is also an instructor at the Colorado School of Mines in mining and industrial minerals.
